Terms
What you agree to when you order from us, in plain words. If anything here reads as unfair, tell us and we'll look at it.
The photo you upload
You need the right to use the photo you send us. By uploading it you confirm it's yours, or that whoever owns it is happy for you to have it printed.
You keep ownership of your photo. You give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your magnet, and nothing else. We won't publish it, sell it, or use it to promote FOMO.
We can refuse an order. We won't print anything illegal, hateful, or obviously someone else's copyright, and we'll refund you if we do refuse.
Orders, prices and delivery
Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay. Free delivery on all orders. Shipped within 24 hours of your order.
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Every magnet is made to order, so production starts quickly. You can cancel before it goes to print by emailing us as soon as possible.
Returns and damage
Because each magnet is printed from your own photo, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you chose, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Store cash
You earn 10% of what you actually pay back as store cash, credited once your payment succeeds. New accounts start with a welcome credit.
Store cash is a discount on future orders, not money. It has no cash value, it can't be withdrawn or transferred to another person, and it isn't refunded as cash if you cancel an order. It goes back to your balance.
It doesn't expire. We can withdraw or adjust a balance that was obtained by abuse, such as opening accounts to collect welcome credits, and we'll tell you if we do.
If we ever end the scheme, credit you already hold stays spendable for a reasonable period and we'll give you notice.
Liability, and the honest limits
We take care over colour, cropping and finish, but a printed magnet is not a pixel-perfect copy of a screen. Small differences in colour and trim are normal and aren't a fault.
If we get something wrong, our responsibility is to replace the magnet or refund what you paid for it. We're not liable beyond that, for example for a gift arriving after an occasion, since delivery is in a courier's hands once we hand it over.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Still to be filled in
These terms are complete on everything about how the shop works, but three details need confirming before they're final:

- •the state whose courts apply, for disputes
- •GST registration details, if the business is registered
